Mixed construction debris, clean concrete, dirt, excavation spoils and tree debris are not always accepted at the same facility.
The simplest place to start for projects around Clearwater and the surrounding Tampa Bay area is Sarnago & Sons Recycling and Materials. The Clearwater facility accepts several of the most common materials generated during construction, demolition and property cleanup.

Clean concrete, rock, shell and brick can currently be dropped off free under Sarnago’s posted policy. The load must be clean, so concrete mixed with wood, plastic, household trash or other debris may be charged differently.
Sarnago also provides roll-off dumpsters and hauling throughout Pinellas, Pasco, Hillsborough and Hernando counties. This makes it useful when self-hauling is not practical or when a job will produce several loads.

Mixed construction debris
Wood, drywall, roofing and demolition debris should go to a construction-and-demolition transfer station or landfill.
Concrete, asphalt and brick
Clean material is usually best taken to a concrete or aggregate recycler. Keep garbage, wood and plastic out of the load.
Tree and clearing debris
Logs, limbs, brush, stumps and root balls should go to a vegetative-debris or wood-recycling facility.
